Graphite in oil dispersion This product is a dispersion of colloidal, synthetic graphite in refined mineral oil. Compared to other Matrix dispersions, the graphite is suspended in a lower viscosity oil to improve flow and pumping properties.
This product is highly versatile and suitable for a variety of applications, including forging lubricants, hot pressing, and hot brass stamping. It is also ideal for light alloy press forging, die lubricants, and as an aerosol concentrate or oil additive. Additionally, it performs well in high-temperature bearing lubrication, high-temperature conveyor chains, and kiln car bearings, as well as tires of rotary kilns. The product is effective for assembly lubrication and extrusion lubrication of dies and tools. It provides excellent die face lubrication and aids in the release of ejectors, core slides, and plungers. Furthermore, it is suitable for lubrication of core slides and pins in gravity die casting, as well as mould and neck ring lubrication in glass container manufacturing.
