The use of this product avoids contact between punch and piece to provide better surfaces finish and extends punch and die life.

This product may be used pure or mixed with water. The amount of water to add depend on the severity of the operation, sheet gauge and depth of the drawing. We recommend to use this product pure in the first operation and add water until the right proportion is achieved. For light drawing operations it can be diluted with water in a 1:1 proportion, adding water to the product until a homogeneous mixing is achieved. In order to improve the corrosion protection we recommend to add 10% of a synthetic soluble coolant.
