Synthetic oils for the food industry This product is formulated using specially selected synthetic base stocks in combination with the latest additive technology. This product is essentially nontoxic, making it suitable for applications where incidental contact with food or raw materials during the production is possible. Thanks to its great performance characteristics and versatility, the oils can be used in most applications in the manufacturing process in the food production and processing industry.
Hydraulic Oil
Due to its excellent anti-wear properties, this product is ideal for use as a hydraulic fluid for both power and motion transfer in machinery operating close to food production processes. Along with being neutral to health, it offers several key benefits. Thanks to its high viscosity index, the oil performs exceptionally well in both high and low-temperature environments. It displays relatively flat viscosity-temperature curves, resulting in smooth operation across the temperature range. The product’s excellent low-temperature characteristics make it particularly suitable for hydraulic equipment used in cooling and freezing facilities. Its low pour point allows operation at temperatures below 0°C, making it highly recommended for equipment that operates under start-stop conditions. Additionally, it offers high stability against viscosity loss due to shearing, outstanding anti-foam properties, and effective de-aeration. It has a very good water demulsifying capacity and is available in a wide range of viscosities to meet virtually all hydraulic requirements. Compared to mineral-based oils, it has lower friction, leading to reduced energy consumption and contributing to a lower carbon footprint.
General Lubrication
This product can be used for various types of general lubrication, including bearings, slides, chains, and small mechanisms that require high-performance, clean, and non-contaminating lubrication. It can be applied easily, whether automatically or manually, using methods such as dropping, spraying, wick, or hand application.
Anti-Corrosive Protection
The oil can also serve as a light anti-corrosive protector for metallic materials that may come into contact with food products. This includes applications such as wire used in canned meat sealing, conveyors, or slides in manufacturing equipment and the handling of metallic cans.
