This product is a specially formulated emulsion with active synthetic components. It is a ready to use dry conveyor lubricant, release agent and general-purpose lubricant. It can be used on both plastic and metal chains and conveyors.
This product can be used to lubricate conveyors used to transport PET bottles, glass bottles, carton packaging and other type of packaging used in the food, beverage and dairy industry.
It can be applied via an automatic dosing system where via special brushes a very small quantity is applied continuously. The use of brushes will allow a uniform distribution. When no automatic dosing system is installed, this product can be applied manually using a trigger can, best timing would be at the beginning of a shift and every 4-6 hours. This product is formulated as a ready to use product, however, is a lighter coating is required, the product can be diluted and will produce a stable emulsion for several days. Dilutions of the product that are to be stored for more than several days require additional preservatives to prevent microbial growth. It prevents sticking of tortilla masa to belts and metal slats in high- temperature ovens without altering the flavour of tortillas.
