It provides highly effective lubrication with excellent corrosion protection, particularly in environmentally sensitive applications.
This product is specially developed for applications where environmental contamination by lubricants is a concern, and where uncontrolled lubricant losses might reach the soil or water. It is suitable for general-purpose greasing of all types of bearings, offering excellent de-watering performance on wet sliding surfaces, open gears, and heavy-duty bearings. It is especially intended for railway lubrication, including wheels, flanges, and rails. Additionally, it is suitable for use in metal-to-metal contact under high loads, forest machinery, public works machinery, nautical mechanisms, various mechanisms in water treatment plants, water pumping installations, mechanisms in contact with water, and for the protection of car bodies. Grease Bio MG-00 G and MG-000 G are specifically designed for the lubrication of wheel flanges. Grease BIO MG-000/G can be used for FLUILUB and Delimon wheel flange lubricating systems with pneumo injection, and Grease BIO MG/G is approved for REBS Wheel Flange Lubrication systems.
